- Dynamic Websites: Development of websites that interact with databases to generate dynamic content. This includes user login systems, content management, and other interactive features.
- CMS-Based Solutions: Utilization of Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal to develop the website. The Service Provider will customize the CMS according to the Client's needs.
- Custom-Coded Solutions: Building websites from the ground up using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or others. The Service Provider will ensure the site is tailored to the Client's requirements.
- The Service Provider will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project, client responsiveness, and external factors.
- Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals may result in extended timelines.
- A deposit of 70% is required before work begins, with 20% during the development and remaining due upon project completion.
- Additional costs may arise if the scope of work changes or if the Client requests additional features outside the initial agreement.
- The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials, in a timely manner.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- The Service Provider offers 1 time development based on the initial agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- The Client must communicate feedback clearly and promptly to avoid project delays.
- Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final website design and any custom code created during the project.
- The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the completed project in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The Service Provider can offer hosting and maintenance services as a separate agreement. If the Client chooses to host elsewhere, the Service Provider is not responsible for any downtime or performance issues.
- The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the website's performance on third-party platforms or devices.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including loss of data or business.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Jodhpur, Rajasthan (INDIA). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Which will take effect immediately upon notice.
